Post-Results Process

Merit List- Candidates are ranked based on their scores. The merit list determines eligibility for the counseling process.

Counseling Notification: After results are declared, SBTET will release a detailed counseling schedule. Only qualified candidates (those meeting the minimum qualifying marks) can participate.

Document Verification: During counseling, candidates must present their result/rank card along with other required documents for verification.

Important Points

Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/OBC candidates must score at least 35% (42 out of 120 marks) to qualify. There is no minimum qualifying mark for SC/ST candidates.

Result Accessibility: Results are published exclusively online. No physical scorecards are sent by post.

Tie-Breaking: In case of a tie in marks, preference is given based on age (older candidates are ranked higher) and then by marks in Mathematics.
