The National Law University, Delhi will be conducting the All India National Law Entrance Test (AILET) on May 6, 2018.
According to the official notification, 'All Indian Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2018 for admission to five year BALLB (Hons) programme, one year LLM and PhD programmes will be held on May 6, 2018 from 3 pm to 4:30 pm at various centres all over India. The admission notice will be issued in the first week of January 2018 and the application form will be available on the university website from first week of January 2018.'
Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.): The candidates interested in applying for this programme must have passed the senior secondary school examination (Class 12 system) or equivalent examination with 50 per cent.
LL.M. (One year): The candidates interested in applying for this programme must be holding an LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 55 per cent (50 percent in case of SC/ST/ persons with disability). The candidates appearing in the final LL.B. examination in April/May are also eligible to apply.
Ph.D: The candidates interested in applying for this programme must have done an LL.M. with 55 per cent or its equivalent (50 percent in case of SC/ST/ persons with disability).
