Anna University Admissions 2016

Anna University, Chennai has invited applications for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Science (MS) programmes offered in Engineering/ Technology, Science and Humanities, Management Sciences and Architecture and Planning for the session 2017. The eligible candidates can apply latest by August 31.

Educational qualification:

MS (By Research) programmes:

The candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/MSc in Science and Humanities from a recognised university or institute.

PhD programmes:

The candidates should have acquired a Master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Selection procedure:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and an interview.

How to apply:

The eligible candidates can apply through the official website

The candidates can submit the application form along with the necessary documents to 'The Director, Centre for Research, Anna University, Chennai - 600025' by post so as to reach before the closing date.

Application fee:

An application fee of Rs 800 and Rs 400 need to be paid by the general and SC/ST candidates respectively, for the registration procedure.

Important date:

Last date for the submission of online applications: August 31
