AP ICET 2017 – Counselling Dates, Procedure, Web Options Entry

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) 2017 is a common entrance examination which was conducted on 2nd May 2017. The entrance exam was conducted by Sri Venkateswara University on behalf of APSCHE. AP ICET 2017 Results were released on 15th May 2017. APSCHE has announced the Counselling Schedule for AP ICET 2017 qualified candidates who are eagerly waiting for the Counselling dates and web options entry. AP ICET entrance examination is conducted for admission into M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses in Andhra Pradesh state.

AP ICET 2017 entrance exam results have released. There are a many aspirants who have appeared for the entrance test. The candidates who are qualified and are eligible for counselling can check the Counselling Dates from the official website https://apicet.nic.in/ or from other educational websites like www.vidyavision.com. In this article students can get the Counselling Details which are necessary for participating in AP ICET 2017 Web Counselling.

AP ICET 2017 Counselling Process

Candidates who intend to participate in the AP ICET 2017 Web Counselling should get a clear idea about the counselling procedure. AP ICET 2017 counselling process is given below:

1) Candidate has to confirm the counselling date and slot in which his/her rank is given.

2) Find the nearest helpline centre.

3) Participate in the AP ICET 2017 Web Counselling on given date & time.

4) Carry all the required and applicable certificates mentioned in notification.

5) All the document and certificates are verified by the officials.

6) Candidate must pay the Web Counselling Application fee and take the receipt.

7) The fee receipt is having the Registration number and password. By using these credentials, you have to enter into the AP ICET 2017 Web Counselling.

8) Check rank wise colleges list available in the web option list.

9) Select the colleges in priority wise from the given list and then click on ‘Submit’.

10) AP ICET 2017 fee receipt should be preserved for future use.

11) Candidate will receive college allotment order by SMS at your registered phone number.

Usually, the seat allotment will be based on the rank, reservation category, no. of vacancies in the college. So, candidates need to download their card and verify the reservation details before attending the Andhra Pradesh ICET Counselling.

Documents & Certificates required for AP ICET 2017 Certificate Verification

Candidates who intend to participate in the AP ICET 2017 Web Counselling need to carry the following mentioned document originals and two sets of Xerox copies at the time of certificate verification.

1) AP-ICET-2017 Hall Ticket

2) AP ICET-2017 Rank Card

3) Degree Marks Memos / consolidated marks memo

4) Degree Provisional Certificate

5) Intermediate Marks Memo / Diploma Marks memo

6) S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo

7) IX to Degree Study Certificates or Residence Certificate (in case where candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect of Non-Local Candidates.

8) Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2014

9) Caste Certificate issued by competent authority

10) Aadhar Card (Xerox will also be returned after verification).

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:

a) PH - Certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.

b) CAP - Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Service Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.

c) NCC & Sports - To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities.

d) Minorities: SSC ‘TC’ containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.

e) Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of Residence.

Note: Original Certificates need not be deposited in the college at the time of admission.

AP ICET 2017 Web Options Entry Schedule

Candidates of All Branches can exercise their options from any Internet café or Help Line Centre or from their Residence on any day between 14.07.2017 to 17.06.2017 immediately after Certificates Verification.

AP ICET 2017 Registration Fee

Candidates who intend to participate in AP ICET 2017 Web Counselling need to pay the AP ICET 2017 Registration Fee mandatorily. The Registration Fee is as given below:

General/ OBC Candidates: Rs. 1200/-.

ST/SC Candidates: Rs. 600/-.

Qualifying Marks/Percentage

Candidates who secured 50% (For OC) and 45% (SC/ST/BC) aggregate marks in Degree or

its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission.
