The AP ICET 2026 (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test) counselling is a critical stage in the admission process for candidates who have qualified in the AP ICET exam. It is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) and facilitates seat allocation for MBA and MCA programs across participating universities and colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Counselling Overview

The counselling process is managed through the official portal: icet-sche.aptonline.in.Eligibility for participation requires candidates to have qualified in the AP ICET 2026 exam.

Eligibility Criteria

  • General Category: Must have secured at least 25% marks (50 out of 200).
  • Reserved Categories (SC/ST/PwD): No minimum qualifying marks are required.

Important Dates (Phase 1)

Stepwise Counselling Process

  • Registration: Visit the official portal, log in using your AP ICET Hall Ticket number and Date of Birth, and complete the registration form.
  • Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable processing fee. Keep the payment reference ID safe.
  • Document Verification: Upload the required scanned documents. While primarily online, some candidates (especially those under special reservation categories) may be required to visit a Helpline Centre (HLC).
  • Web Options Entry (Choice Filling): Select your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. Ensure you save and lock your choices before the deadline.
  • Seat Allotment: Results are released on the portal based on rank, category, local status, and your choices.
  • Reporting: Download the allotment order and report to the assigned college within the stipulated time (usually 3 days) to complete admission formalities.

Candidates should keep digital copies ready for upload and original copies for final reporting:

  • AP ICET 2026 Hall Ticket and Rank Card
  • Degree Provisional Certificate and Marks Memos
  • Intermediate / Diploma Marks Memo
  • SSC or equivalent marks sheet
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Study Certificates (Class IX to Degree)
  • Caste/Income Certificate (if applicable, issued by MeeSeva)
