BITSAT Registrations 2018 extended till March 19

The last date of the registration process for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test (BITSAT) 2018 has been extended till March 19. Earlier, the last date to apply for the same was March 13. All the interested, eligible candidates are requested to apply through the prescribed format on the official website, the link for which is bitsadmission.com

HOW TO APPLY FOR BITSAT REGISTRATIONS 2018:

  • Go to the official website, bitsadmission.com
  • Click on the relevant link
  • Enter all the required details in the prescribed format
  • Click to submit

BITSAT is a computer-based online test for admissions to integrated first-degree programmes of BITS Pilani campuses in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

First Degree programmes of BITS except for BPharmacy: Those interested in applying should have passed the class 12 examination from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM) and adequate proficiency in English.

BPharmacy: Those interested in applying should have passed class 12 examination from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with physics, chemistry and biology (PCB) and adequate proficiency in English. Candidates with PCM may also apply.

Also, students who are appearing in class 12 board exam 2018 are eligible to appear for BITSAT 2018.

PAPER PATTERN:

The duration of the exam will be three hours

The paper will be divided into four sections -- physics, chemistry, English and proficiency, mathematics or biology (for BPharm candidates)

The question paper will consist of questions in the above-mentioned subjects taught to students as part of their class 12 syllabus
