CBSE Class 12th Accountancy exam analysis: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today conducted Class 12 Accountancy exam. Most students and teachers said the exam was of moderate difficulty with most questions based on CBSE sample papers.
“According to the students, they were able to complete the paper in time and were able to revise it. The thorough knowledge of basic concepts was good enough to solve most of the questions. Most of the MCQs were straightforward except a few and could be answered easily. The six marker questions were application. Part-B of the paper was too easy,” Mayank Arora, PGT, Accountancy at DPS Rajnagar Extension said.
“Most of the MCQs were concept based and the difficulty level of the paper was easy to moderate bearing some critical thinking questions too. Long questions were mostly direct with less criticality. Overall the question paper was well-designed and covered almost all topics of the syllabus. Students with good command over the subject can easily score well on the paper,” she added.
Srijita Sarkar, a class 12 student from Noida said today’s exam was more or less based on the CBSE sample paper. “Few of the questions required critical thinking and were indirect but overall the the paper was easy and could be completed on time,” she said.
