The ICFAI Foundation prescribes the exam pattern of IBSAT 2023 for admission to various MBA and PGPM programmes. The aspirants should know about the IBSAT 2023 exam pattern before applying or appearing for the test. Knowing the IBSAT exam pattern 2023 will help applicants know more about the type of questions, marking scheme, duration, total number of questions, etc. The IBSAT exam will begin in December 2023. It is a computer-based test of 120 minutes duration carrying multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Highlights of the IBSAT 2023 Exam Pattern

 The IBSAT 2023 exam is divided into four areas;

  • Verbal Ability
  • Reading Comprehension
  • Quantitative Ability
  • Data Interpretation & Sufficiency

As per the last year’s pattern, IBSAT is a computer-based multiple-choice exam. Candidates will have to answer 140 questions in 120 minutes.

Number of questions: The total number of questions in IBSAT 2023 is expected to be 140. There are 30 questions each in the Data Adequacy and Data Interpretation, Quantitative Techniques, and Reading Comprehension section. In the Verbal Ability section.

 

Exam Duration: The total duration of IBSAT 2023 is two hours or 120 minutes.

 

Marking Scheme: It is estimated that each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking for any wrong attempt. Hence, candidates can attempt any number or all questions as wrong questions won’t result in a negative mark.

A total of 25% of weightage to the scores obtained in the entrance exam makes one eligible to get admission in the particular management courses of the ICFAI University B Schools

It is expected that there are around 94 cities in India, where IBSAT 2023 exam centres are located. After filling out the application form, aspirants can download the IBSAT 2023 admit card by entering their login credentials. Aspirants need to carry their admit card at the test centre to appear for the exam.

It is expected that The ICFAI Foundation will declare the final result of IBSAT 2023 in the first week of January 2024.
