CTET July Admit Card 2024 Live: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today, July 5 released the admit card for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Students will require their password and application number to download their admit card at the official website – ctet.nic.in.
This year, the CTET 2024 July exam will be held across 136 cities in the country in bilingual languages (Hindi and English) on July 7. Appearing candidates are requested to report at the exam centre two hours before the commencement of the exam; i.e. for paper 2 at 7:30 pm and for paper 1 at 12 pm. Applicants will not be allowed to take the exam if they report after 9:30 am for paper 2 and after 2 pm for paper 1.
CTET is conducted twice a year to test the eligibility and qualification of candidates aspiring to be teachers for class 1 to 8. The validity period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be for life time for all categories.

a) Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry or pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, calculator, log table, electronic pen or scanner, cardboard etc.b) Any communication devices like mobile phones, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band etc.c) Any watch or wrist watch, wallet, goggles, handbags, gold or artificial ornaments etc.d) Any other item which could be used for unfair means and for hiding communicationdevices/gadgets like camera, bluetooth device etc.
1. The differently abled candidates may be given compensatory time of 50 minutes in each paper of CTET Examination.2. Proper seating arrangement, preferably at ground floor, would be made prior to the commencement of examination to avoid confusion.3. There will be separate question paper in large font for visually Impaired candidates.4. The differently-abled candidates should bring with themselves the disability certificate on proper format issued by the competent authority and it should be produced at the examination centre to avail relaxations.
The CTET admit card download link is ctet.nic.in. The Central Board of Secondary Education conducts CTET twice a year.
The candidates will have to report at the examination centre 120 minutes before the start of the exam -- at 7:30 am for paper 2 and at 12 pm for paper 1. Candidates who report at the examination centre after 9:30 am in paper 2 and after 2 pm in paper 1 will not be allowed entry.
After the candidates download the CTET 2024 admit card online, and any discrepancy is noticed regarding the particulars of candidate, photograph and signature or any other information which is different from the confirmation page, the candidate may immediately contact CTET unit for necessary corrections.
All questions in CTET will be multiple choice questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be the most appropriate. Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative marks for wrong answers marked.

CTET will be conducted for two question papers. While CTET paper-1 will ensure the eligibility of teachers for Classes 1 to 5, paper-2 will ensure the eligibility of teachers for Classes 6 to 8.
CTET 2024 result will be valid for a lifetime. “The validity period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be for life time for all categories,” CBSE CTET information brochure said.
There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take to acquire a CTET certificate. Candidates qualifying CTET may also appear again to improve their scores.
