COMEDK UGET 2024 application begins, exam on May 12

The COMEDK UGET 2024 registration fee is Rs 1,800 without taxes and for those appearing for both engineering and medical programmes have to pay Rs 2,950.
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will conduct the Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET 2024) on May 12. The Consortium has already started accepting applications from February 1, 2024. Candidates wishing to appear for the COMEDK UGET exam on May 12 can apply at comedk.org by April 5.
The COMEDK UGET registration fee 2024 is Rs 1,800 without taxes. Candidates appearing for both engineering and medical programmes have to pay Rs 2,950 without convenience fees.
COMEDK UGET 2024: Steps to apply
– Go to the COMEDK UGET 2024 website – comedk.org.
– Fill details in the COMEDK UGET 2024 application form.
– Upload required documents.
– Next, pay the COMEDK UGET 2024 application fee via online payment methods.
– Download the confirmation page and take a printout of it for future use.
The COMEDK 2024 UGET exam will be held for a duration of three hours with a total of 180 questions for one mark each. The paper will be divided into three sections – maths, physics and chemistry. The COMEDK UGET exam pattern is different for engineering and medical courses.
Candidates will get one mark for every correct answer in the COMEDK 2024 paper. As per the COMEDK exam pattern 2023, no marks will be deducted for wrong answer. However, in the event of a tie in the test score the principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) will be adopted, the Consortium said.
