CUET UG 2023: The Central University of Jammu will also take admission to undergraduate courses through Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2023. Candidates who are willing to take admitted in the Central University of Jammu should register themselves on the official website— cu jammu.ac.in.
Last year, there were nearly 33,939 applications that were received for the UG programmes by the university after the introduction of the CUET. This year, the university is offering nine courses under CUET UG.

Some popular courses that are provided by the university are Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Botany, Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Zoology, Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Chemistry, Integrated BSc (Hons)MSc Physics, Integrated BA/ B Ed, BVoc (Retail Management), BVoc ( Banking and Financial services), BVoc ( Tourism Management) , Integrated BSc (Hons) Economics.
Scholarship
The university provides various scholarships but all of them are for students pursuing PG, MPhil and PhD courses. The scholarships included— Post Matric Scholarship for UG / PG Students (NSP) , Post Matric Scholarship to SC / OBC / EBC / DNT / Pahari Speaking for UT of J&K Students (Social Welfare), Post Matric for students of Bihar, UGC NET JRF scholarship, CSIR NET JRF scholarship, Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship for SC/ ST and for a person with disability, Maulana Azad National Fellowship for minorities candidates, OBC candidates, ICSSR Post Doctoral fellowship and more. Hostels
The Central University of Jammu provides a hostel to students. At present, there are two hostels for boys and two for girls. The rooms have basic furniture and ventilation. The university also provides mess facilities to the students.

The students have been placed in companies including Vedanta, Indiamart, Satguru Travels, Ease my Trip, Kent, PVR Cinemas, ViaENS, HDFC bank, Unilever, Unacademy, Bank of America, BYJU’S, Aditya Birla group and more.
The Central University of Jammu was established on August 8, 2011. The first academic session started with 3 PG English, Economics and Applied Mathematics courses in 2011-12. In the next year, there were 5 PG courses that were added by the university.
