CUET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the objection window to challenge the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate 2024 today, July 9. Students who appeared for the exam can download the answer key along with the response sheets from the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
Candidates will need to use their login credentials such as application number and password to download the CUET UG answer key 2024. Students can calculate their probable score by comparing the answer keys with their responses.
Those who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key can challenge it by paying Rs 200 per question. The window to raise objections against the answer key will remain open till 5 pm.
Step 1: Visit the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG
Step 2: Click on the ‘Provisional answer key’ tab given on the home page
Step 3: Login by entering your email ID and password
Step 4: Choose the required questions to be challenged
Step 5: Pay the fee and submit the required supporting document
Step 6: Submit the objections for review
The challenges against the provisional answer key will be evaluated. Based on the objections which will be valid, the final answer key will be prepared. Results will be declared based on the final answer key.
In the official notice, the exam conducting agency has specified that the Agency will conduct a retest for CUET UG candidates from July 15 to 19 if any grievance raised by students about the conduct of the exam is found correct.
The CUET UG exam was conducted in a hybrid mode for the first time across the country but was cancelled in Delhi a night before the exam, citing logistics issues. A similar cancellation occurred in one centre of Kanpur where the distribution of the wrong question paper had sparked controversy.
