The National Testing Agency (NTA) will likely conduct a Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 retest between July 15 and 19 if the grievances raised by the candidates are found correct. Sources in the NTA told The Indian Express earlier that the CUET UG results will be announced by July 10, however, with the retest announcement, the result is delayed.
When released, candidates will be able to check the CUET UG results at examcs.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. CUET UG was held in 379 cities including 26 cities outside India for about 13.48 lakh candidates.
The CUET UG exam was conducted in a hybrid mode for the first time this year. The exam was cancelled in Delhi a night before the exam, citing logistics issues. Also, in one centre of Kanpur, the distribution of the wrong question paper sparked controversy and the exam was cancelled and taken again.
