ICAI CA, CPT Results 2018 to be out Today

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the results of the Chartered Accountants (CA) Final Examination, Foundation Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in May/June today.

ICAI CA Final exam, CA Foundation, CPT Exam Results 2018: How to check

  • Log on to the official website, icaiexam.icai.org
  • On the homepage, click on the result link
  • Enter your roll number and other required details
  • Click to submit
  • Results will be displayed

Data of students admitted:

Final Examination (old course)

Number of students admitted in the Final Exam: 1, 21,850

Number of final exam centres across the globe: 381

Final Examination (new course)

  • Number of students admitted in the Final Exam: 5, 406
  • Number of Final Exam Centres across the globe: 239

Common Proficiency Test (CPT)

  • Number of students admitted in the CPT Exam: 57, 421
  • Number of CPT Exam Centres across the globe: 331

Foundation examination

  • Number of students admitted in the Foundation Exam: 6, 788
  • Number of exam centres for Foundation Exam across the globe: 233

For accessing the result at the above websites, the student shall have to enter his registration number or PIN number along with his roll number.

Further, facilities have been made for students desirous of knowing their results with marks on SMS.

Here's how to get results through SMS:

Final Examination (Old Course)

CAFNLOLD (space) XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Final (Old) Examination roll number of the candidate), e.g. CAFNLOLD 000128

Final Examination (New Course)

CAFNLNEW (space)XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Final(New) Examination roll number of the candidate) , e.g. CAFNLNEW 000128

For Foundation Examination result:

CAFND (Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Foundation Examination roll number of the candidate), e.g. CAFND 000171

For Common Proficiency Test (CPT) result:

CACPT(Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Common Proficiency Test roll number of the candidate) , e.g. CACPT 000171 and send the message to: 58888 .
