The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has launched a 10-month Chief Executive Officer programme in collaboration with Emeritus.
This 10-month programme, an IIM Lucknow statement says, is designed to facilitate high-level leadership development and to equip top leaders with tools, strategies, and insights to excel in their roles and drive business growth.
Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of work experience and looking to hone their abilities further to become a CEO can apply and register for this course.
After completion of the Chief Executive Officer programme, as per IIM-L, a candidate can meet customer expectations concerning societal engagement, enable brand values and trust as drivers of growth, have strong purposeful leadership for effective change management, develop an innovation culture that drives digital transformation and transform business models for strategic growth.
It is also designed for leaders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, who are new to the CEO role, or have recently founded a company and want to be a leader who is cognizant of the dynamic business environment, agile to navigate uncertainty, capable to lead change and transformation, strategic in decision making, a driver of organisational performance, be an expert in functional understanding and critical thinking, the statement added.
This programme seeks to equip CEOs to lead by fostering an innovative organisational culture. It trains future CEOs to excel in strategic thinking, enhance leadership skills, and build robust and adaptable capabilities to navigate the challenges of the digital transformation era, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
This hands-on programme offers immersive live online learning by IIM Lucknow faculty and industry experts and an in-campus immersion at the IIM Lucknow campus. It also includes a capstone project guided by IIM Lucknow faculty, business simulations such as Capstone simulation and Strategy Simulation on Balance Scorecard and an opportunity for peer-to-peer learning. The module has been carefully designed to help leaders develop practical, industry-aligned skills that will help them inspire teams towards innovation and sustainability.
The eligibility for this programme includes graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma holders (10+2 +3) and postgraduates with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. The classes for this programme will begin on December 30, 2023. The 10-month course IIM Lucknow programme fee is Rs 5,60,000 excluding GST.
After the completion of the programme, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s executive alumni status
