The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has collaborated with Imarticus learning to offer an executive management programme in People Leadership and Strategic HR Management. The 11 month course will be completely online with a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow. The course fee is Rs 2,98,000 + GST (including registration fee of Rs 43,000 + GST). The course will begin from November 2. And, the batch strength will be 50.
The course will have nine modules covering various management topics. To apply for the programme, candidates must have a graduate qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent and have at least five years of work experience after completing graduation.
The course aims to equip learners with necessary skills to excel in team management and become effective people leaders. The programme offers an opportunity to enhance skills and gain exposure to the best HR management practices. The curriculum covers various people management competencies essential for HR professionals empowering them to drive strategic initiatives and effectively navigate the challenges.
It will provide an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by HR professionals, CXOs and business leaders. The programme includes masterclasses from seasoned CXOs to expand their network and acquire relevant skills.
