IIT Madras open house will give an intriguing and descriptive offline lab tours to the attendees. Students attending the open house will also get a glimpse of four national, 11 institute research centres and 15 CoEs.The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) will host an open house to allow the researchers on the campus to showcase their work to the students. The event seeks to serve as a platform for students to connect with experts and prominent industrialists. The open house 2024 will be held on March 2 and March 3. IITM for All, will be hosted by Shaastra. “For the first time in 15 years, IIT Madras is open to all,” a statement on the social media handle said.Candidates can register before February 29 at shaastra.org/register to be a part of the ‘Institute Open House 2024’. No registration fee will be charged while registering for the IIT Madras open house.Students attending the open house will get a glimpse of four national, 11 institute research centres and 15 CoEs, among others, the X post further added.This year, intriguing and descriptive offline lab tours will be conducted to the audience as a part of IITM for All, the IIT Maadras Shaastra website added, saying that whether one is a prospective student, a community member, or a professional interested in the IIT Madras’ research initiatives, attendance at this event is promised to be informative and inspiring. “Covering each department and its wide range of labs, it allows researchers on the campus to showcase their fascinating work to the students,” it said.
