GATE 2018: Conducted by IIT Guwahati – Notification, Time Table, Important Dates and Exam Dates

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 will be conducted by IIT Guwahati after 8 years. Previously IIT Guwahati conducted the GATE entrance test in the year 2010. IIT Guwahati has released the GATE 2018 Poster Notice which is now available in Vidyavision and in official website http://www.gate.iitg.ac.in/.

IIT Guwahati has released the GATE 2018 important dates and exam dates. The candidates who are intending to appear for GATE 2018 entrance test can find the details here. IIT Guwahati is going to conduct the GATE 2018 entrance test in February 2018. The online application submission for the test will start from 1st September 2017 to 5th October 2017. The admit cards will be available from 5th January 2018.

About GATE 2018

GATE 2018 will be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (IIT G) under the chairmanship of Prof G Pugazhenthi in February next year and the application process will start from 1st September 2017. GATE is the single evaluation test through which aspirants for PG courses (ME/MTech) in IITs, NITs and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) can take admission. GATE Scores are also considered by PSUs for recruiting candidates for various engineering posts across India.
