JEE (Advanced) Mock Test 2018 released at jeeadv.ac.in: Know how to practice

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2018 official notification has been released on the official website, the link for which is jeeadv.ac.in

This year, the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2018 will be conducted by the IITs under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB) 2018.

Meanwhile, IIT Kanpur has launched the mock test for JEE (Advanced) 2018.

NUMBER OF CANDIDATES FOR JEE (ADVANCED) 2018:

According to a statement released by IIT Kanpur, top 224,000 candidates will be chosen to appear for JEE (Advanced) next year based on the category-wise distribution of candidates released on the website.

It also said that the total number of candidates can be slightly greater than 2, 24,000 in the presence of "tied" ranks/scores in any category.

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS:

A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in consecutive years.

The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2018 will be conducted by the IITs

The exam is scheduled to be held on May 20, 2018

The entire JEE (Advanced) 2018 Examination will be conducted in fully computer based test mode

The exam consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, each of three hours' duration, and will be held in two sessions. Both the papers are compulsory
