JEE Main 2018 admit cards likely to be released by March 10: Check the dates

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the admit cards for the Joint Entrance Examination for this year by March 10 as per the  reports.

According to the official notification by CBSE, the JEE Main 2018 admit cards are to be released by mid-March 2018.

The candidates who have filled the online application forms are required to download the admit card from the official website, jeemain.nic.in

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Release of JEE Main 2018 Admit Card: Third week of March (official note)
  • Examination Date: April 8 (Paper I and Paper II - pen and paper mode)
  • JEE Main 2018 Answer Keys: April 18 (Tentative)
  • JEE Main 2018 Results: April 30 (official note, subject to change)

POINTS TO NOTE:

  • Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website on the dates mentioned above
  • Admission to the examination centre would not be permitted without an Admit Card
  • Students are alerted that the JEE Main 2018 admit cards would not be sent on the registered email id
  • The dates are tentative and are subjected to change. Candidate should keep a check on the official website for the updates

ABOUT JEE MAIN:

  • JEE Main Exam is used for admission to various National Institutes of Technology or NITs
  • The exam is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education
  • 2,24,000 candidates who qualify in the JEE Main 2018 would be invited to apply for the JEE Advanced 2018 examinations
