The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the academic calendar for the 2024- 25 session for the Union Territory of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. The application process for class 12 and 10 board exams will start from the third week of November and the first week of December on the official website for the exam scheduled in March 2025– jkbose.nic.in.
The JKBOSE class 10 board exam will begin on the second week of March for the soft zone area and March first week for the class 12 soft zone area. While for the hard zone, both classes’ board exams will start from April second week.
Moreover, the JKBOSE results for the hard and soft zones of class 12 and class 10 board exams will be declared on the second week of June and the third week of June in both the Jammu and Kashmir divisions.
According to the official notice, this academic session will have a total of 185 working days for both divisions. The summer vacation will be in June and July for the Jammu Division summer zone.
Additionally, the JKBOSE class 11 exam will begin from the last week of March in the soft zone and for the hard zone will be held from the last week of April. The result for all zones and divisions is expected to be declared in the last week of June.
This year, the Jammu and Kashmir board declared the class 10 on June 13 and for Class 12 on June 6 online.
