JNTU Anantapur to organise job fair on June 2

Anantapur: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) is organising a job fair on June 2nd and 3rd for the benefit of outgoing students in collaboration with Globarena, Hyderabad , according to JNTU Vice-Chancellor B. Krishna Gandhi.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Mr. Gandhi said that the university right from it's inception had absorbed 2,000 out of 6,000 students representing 107 affiliated colleges which had come out of the university.frequent job fairs being held of late was the result of a boom being experienced in the software industry and hoped that the momentum would be sustained by the industry. The required qualification is 50 per cent in engineering and MBA where as in case of MCA it is 60 per cent. Interested students may report to the university on June 2, before 8.30a.m . Students should bring three sets of resumes with attested copies of certificates and photographs. The students should also bring their college identity card for proof. The details of the companies and the requirements along with salary range are available on the university website (www.jntuanantapur.org ) as well as with the principals and placement officers of constituent and affiliated colleges.
