The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell (MAH CET Cell) will announce the results of the second entrance test for BMS, BBM, BCA and BBA courses. Students who appeared for the second entrance test on August 4 will be able to check and download the results at cetcell.mahacet.org. As many as 49,225 candidates registered for this examination.
Maharashtra CET Cell held the first CET for admission to these courses on May 29. More than 55,000 students took the test. However, many complained that they had missed the exam due to lack of awareness about the changes, the CET Cell conducted one more CET for admission to these courses on August 4 in three total sessions across Maharashtra and other states of India.
The CET Cell has also released the answer keys and considered grievances raised against them. The provisional answer key was released on August 9 and the final answer keys were first released on August 14 and another one was released on August 19. The MAH CET result due to be released today will take into account the final answer keys.
The CET Cell will start the registrations against the Common Admission Process (CAP) for admission to the courses from August 29. As per the notification issued by the CET Cell earlier, the online registration against CAP will close on September 6. The provisional merit list will be released on September 9. Students will also get two days to submit grievances against the provisional list and the final merit list will be out on September 13.
