Known as 'Vasudha Kendras', understudies can use all offices of NIOS on installment of a token cash, he said

NIOS, prior known as the National Open School, (name changed in 2002) is the leading group of training under the Union Government of India.
It was built up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) in 1989 to give training in remote ranges under the intention to expand proficiency and went for adaptable learning.
