No separate entrance test for Karnataka state PG medical and dental seats

The entrance test for the selection of Karnataka state PG medical and dental seats for the year 2015-16 will be conducted by National Board of Examination. Department of medical education has clarified to all the candidates including in-service candidates that the Karnataka State Government will not be conducting separate entrance test for filling up of any of the postgraduate seats in government medical colleges and government seats in private medical colleges of Karnataka.

The department of medical education will be using the merit list of Karnataka students prepared by such all India examination for counseling and allotment of PG seats in various disciplines of medical and dental stream, duly following the reservation policy of government of Karnataka.

Hence, all the medical and dental PG aspirants are informed to register for the AIPGMEE-2015 online entrance examination to be conducted from 1st December, 2014 to 6th December, 2014. The applicants can register online on or before 10th October 2014 along with the prescribed fees as per the notification issued by National Board of Examination.
