Over 5 lakh post graduates, graduates apply for sweepers' posts in UP

However another stunning condition of unemployment has become exposed from Uttar Pradesh (UP) where lakhs of applicants, incorporating those with graduate, post graduate degrees have connected for 3,275 class IV classification (sweeper) posts.

Upwards of five lakh competitors, including graduates and post graduates, have connected for 3,275 posts of 'safai karamchari' (sweepers) in Kanpur Municipal Corporation.

According to metropolitan authorities, the numbers are relied upon to achieve seven lakh.

Prior, the company had discharged a business warning for the post of sweepers on legally binding premise with no instructive capability required.

Out of the aggregate posts, 1,500 are for general classification and rests are implied for saved classes.

Besides, the way toward screening of the application frames and transferring those onto database is going on, the authority included.
