Four charged - Rajagopal Reddy, Vishnu, Tirumal and Ramesh – are in the guardianship of the CID, while four others are slipping away. The Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET-2) was directed on July 9 and the outcomes were announced on July 14. The examination was directed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad.
Taking after media reports about the break of the inquiry paper in front of the examination, the JNTU authorities had asked for the Telangana DGP Anurag Sharma to investigate the issue, who on July 20 had requested a preparatory request by CID.
