SSC GD 2025 Recruitment: Constable application to be out at ssc.gov.in

SSC GD 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will start the application for the General Duty (GD) constable recruitment soon. Interested candidates can apply for the SSC GD 2025 constable vacancies on the official website – ssc.nic.in – when the notification is out.

The SSC GD examination will be conducted in a computer-based mode between January and February 2025. The schedule with all the dates will be released at a later date.

SSC GD 2025: Steps to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website — ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the SSC GD online application link

Step 3: Once done, register yourself and re-login with the same credentials.

Step 4: Fill out the application form, make the payment

The Commission will hold the SSC GD 2025 exam in four stages – computer-based test (CBT), physical efficiency test (PET), and physical standard test (PST) followed by a medical examination.

This year, the SSC GD examination was held on February, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 and March 1, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 2024.

UR: 30 per cent
OBC / EWS: 25 per cent
All other categories (SC, ST, ESM): 20 percent

The constable recruitment exam in the Central Armed Police Forces including the CRPF, CISF and BSF was held in 13 regional languages this year in addition to Hindi and English.
