Teacher's Exam put off to August

The state has postponed the DSC recruitment exam, which is meant to fill over 21,000 vacancies in teaching posts, to August.The exam was originally scheduled to be held in May. The decision was taken to enable candidates to clear the Teacher Eligibility Test to be conducted on May 31. The TET is mandatory for anyone sitting for DSC recruitment exam. “The DSC exams will now be held on August 26, 27 and 28. The last date to submit online applications is July 13,“ said K.Parthasarathi, minister for secondary education.
