The TG EAPCET 2026 final phase counselling registration and slot booking begins on July 31, 2026

The TG EAPCET 2026 counselling process will be conducted online by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) after the declaration of results. It is a crucial step for candidates seeking admission into Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy undergraduate courses in Telangana. The counselling will be conducted in multiple phases (Rounds 1, 2, and Spot Admissions) depending on the availability of seats.The TG EAPCET 2026 (Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) is the state-level entrance examination conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), for admission into various undergraduate professional courses in Telangana, such as B.E., B.Tech., B. Pharmacy, and Pharm.D.

 TG EAPCET 2026 Phase Counselling Process

The TG EAPCET Phase 2 Counselling for 2026 is scheduled to commence on July 17, 2026. This phase provides an opportunity for candidates who were not allotted a seat in Phase 1, did not participate in the first phase, or wish to upgrade to a better college or branch.
Candidates must complete the following steps during the Phase 2 Counselling:

  • Certificate Verification: August 1, 2026
  • Provisional Seat Allotment: On or before August 15, 2026
  • Self-Reporting and Downloading Allotment Order: August 16 to August 17, 2026 
     

TG EAMCET Counselling Process 2026

The steps of TS EAMCET counselling have been explained below:

Step 1: PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE:

  • Visit the website tgeapcet.nic.in and click on the link “PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE” link.
  • Register by entering:
    • Registration Number given on TG EAPCET 2026 Hall Ticket.
    • Date of Birth as mentioned in the SSC Marks Memo.
    • Hall Ticket Number of Intermediate or its equivalent.
  • Complete the other details asked.

The TS EAMCET 2026 processing fee is as follows:

Category Counselling Processing Fee
for SC/ST INR 600
For all other categories INR 1200
  • The processing fee is to be paid through online payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) / T-Wallet.

Step 2: TS EAMCET 2026 Counselling Slot Booking for Certificate Verification

All candidates (OC/EWS/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY) have to book their slots (Selection of Help Line Centre, Date & Time) to attend Certificate Verification at their nearest or convenient Help Line Centre (HLC).

Step 3: Attend Certification Verification in Person

As per the booked slot and HLC, candidates have to attend the certificate verification process in person. Candidate presence is mandatory for Certificate Verification strictly as per the scheduled Slot Booking date and time at the Help Line Centre.

Step 4: Option Exercise

  • Immediately after certificate verification, the login ID will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number. All the messages / OTPs / Allotment details, etc., will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number; hence advised to keep the mobile with you till the end of the admission process.
  • Candidates have to exercise as many options as possible to avoid disappointment of not getting a seat.
  • Candidates can exercise and modify the options any number of times within the scheduled dates.
  • Take a printout of the final options saved for reference.

Step 5: TG EAPCET 2026 Seat Allotment

The seat allotment will be announced on the official website tgeapcet.nic.in, as per the schedule.

Students allotted a seat have to download the Provisional Allotment Order. To download the allotment order, candidates have to enter the ROC Form Number, TG EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in the candidate login.

Step 6: Self-Reporting and Confirmation of Seat

  • Candidates who have been allotted a seat have to pay the tuition fee mentioned in the Provisional allotment order through online (Credit Card / Debit Card/ Net Banking) within the prescribed time.
  • They have to self- report through the online system in the candidate's login and take the admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
  • Take the printout of the Provisional allotment order.
