Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued the allotment. It covers the Telangana NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 MBBS admissions. The allotment is under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ). Students can check the college-wise list at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
Allotted candidates must report to the college by September 8, 2026. They must complete all joining formalities within this window. Failure to report will lead to cancellation of the seat.
Phase 1 covers seats in government and private medical colleges across Telangana. It includes the full Competent Authority Quota in government colleges. It also covers 50 percent of Category-A CQ seats in private colleges. Both non-minority and minority private colleges are part of this phase.
Candidates can view the Phase 1 allotment result on the KNRUHS portal. The steps to check the college-wise list are given below.

Students who miss the September 8 deadline will lose the allotted seat. The vacant seat will then move to the Phase 2 counselling pool. Such candidates can still take part in Phase 2 if eligible. However, they must re-exercise web options for the next round.
