I’ve had a wonderful experience here. The university has a highly professional yet family-like culture where the management genuinely cares about everyone, creating an exceptional academic environment focused on practical innovation. The infrastructure is top-notch, featuring massive AC labs with modern tech stacks like AI/ML, iOS, and Flutter, alongside a high-tech auditorium and a great library. What makes the learning experience unique is the supportive Teaching Assistant system. Having TAs in the labs provides students with immediate, approachable troubleshooting, while TAs get confidence, and placement ready. The curriculum stays completely industry-aligned through strong faculty corporate ties. I also love the ASWDC "Earn While You Learn" initiative, which lets staff and students build and monetize live mobile apps together. Placements are highly proactive, with dedicated officers mentoring students from year one to maintain a stable 90%+ placement rate. A wonderful thing about this university is the transparency; every single placed student's details are available on the website, giving you the option to easily get real feedback from alumni. If there is one downside, the campus definitely needs more trees and shaded, landscaped areas to sit outside.

Regular sports activities are a staple, along with active NCC and NSS units for those interested in leadership and social service.
Faculty: Our professors are experienced and approachable; since many run their own IT firms or belong to groups like RITA, the curriculum stays perfectly aligned with current industry trends. They mentor us individually and push us toward coding events like hackathons. The Teaching Assistant system is a huge win, making labs feel personalized for us while building TA confidence. With specialized electives(e.g. front-end, back-end, full-stack, networking, security, mobile app, AI, ML) and a well-structured exam system that combines finals (theory) with projects and lab work, the university ensures we truly master the skills needed for the real world.
Placements: For over a decade, the CSE Department has maintained an excellent placement record, exceeding 90% with a 4.5 LPA median package. Transparent records of placed students on the university website, provide valuable networking and feedback opportunities for career growth. A dedicated CSE placement officer also teaches the students from their first year, helping them prepare for placements based on their unique strengths. The placement team conducts surprise tests, visits hundreds of companies to track trends, and hosts alumni talks to share career experiences—all to ensure every student is fully placement-ready.
