My first month at Shanti Business School as a PGDM student has been one of ease and positivity in my management journey. Academic life is so good, teachers are very supportive and very practical in the learning process and its very easy to get settled. It is likely that during the rain there was a little waterlogging and the few hostel rooms may have needed a bit of maintenance work i hope that administration will resolve the problem.

Campus Facilities: Shanti Business School has a functional campus with a decent setup for both classes and daily routine. Academically, they have regular smart boards and projectors in the classrooms and there is a auditorium where events are held and a peaceful library for studying or reading books/newspaper. What i personally like is sports facilities like box cricket, volleyball, long tennis, snookers and many more..
Campus Life: The campus of Shanti Business School is my favorite part. It is well organized and active with excellent sports amenities. Also there is a common room and Kitli cafe which make it convenient to visit for tea and to mingle with friends and classmates.
Faculty: The professors are supportive and approachable. You can easily reach out to them over calls, texts or emails and their respond is also fast. Also in class they don't just rely on reading through PPT slides instead they make learning fun and keep the environment relaxed.
Placements: As far as placements are concerned the average package is 6 to 8 LPA. Considering the overall course cost is 7,85,000 which shows a decent ROI. Today, even the some average and above average students are getting the placement of 10 LPA and above. Overall placement opportunities should continue to improve with new accreditation by the NBA and also it has 100 percent placement rate.
Salary Package: 6 - 8 Lakhs
Start Up Incubator: Yes the college has a startup incubation. You can show your business idea to the team if you have one. If the idea is feasible and approved following evaluation, then the college offers funding and support to enable it to come to fruition.
