I'm a student of government stanley medical college writing this review. It is the most sort out college by the creamy layers of academic minds after Madras medical college in our state. The college is overall good in both academic and extracurricular activities.

Campus Facilities: The campus is clean, the hospital is neat. We have more than 1500 out patients a day in our hospital. Students can stay in our college hostel or can be a dayscholar if their hone is in chennai. We have a SBI ATM near our hostel so that we can withdraw money with ease. Food in our hostel is one of the best things, the food tastes good and we have varieties of foods ranging from prawns fry to crabs in our hostel In college we have a well sophisticated AC reading room and book room for UG and PG to refer books in library. all kinds of books are present ranging from foreign to Indian authors. The libraries are well maintained. Then we have 5 lecture halls of which 2 are air conditioned, laboratories for every departments, dissection halls to study anatomy using cadavers, an air conditioned modernised seminar hall and air conditioned auditorium for events like medical conferences and academic fests. We even have students cooperative store in our college campus where we can buy records and stuff

Campus Life: We have more events in our college. Our college gives equal priorities to cultural and sports. We even have academic fests Some of the notable events are Stanlea, Euphoria, Empower, helix and much more

Faculty: Faculties in our college are top notch and world class. They teach us well and guide us to gain knowledge both in academics and practical applications so that we have a better understanding of the concepts of what we are studying. Some professors even help those who are academically weak

Placements: We have compulsory internship and it is a part of our degree completion. We gain practical knowledge in our clinical internships. we have internships for 365 days. We even get paid well for our internships
