The historical significance and the outstanding glory of more than 100 years is the essence of the college. The campus is huge with greenery all around students need do walk alot to reach different department/faculty. Professors are sometimes in hurry to complete the syllabus. The infrastructure of college is very old thus requires maintenance. The high-quality of education at such cheaper price is quite affordable for everyone. The beautiful gardens and the Tagore Library give students a peaceful environment to study.

Campus Facilities: The campus provides the students with all the basic facilities. Labs are well equipped. Smart classrooms are available for PG students. The famous nicely infrastructure Tagore Library is filled with numerous books magazines and news journals. Cyber library is also their with WiFi connectivity and AC facilities. Bank and ATM is also near by the University for students convenience.

Campus Life: My College life has been very adventurous filled with fun because of my crazy friends whom I met . Recently the Surabhi Sanskriti event was organized which involved cultural events Dj night and other competitions that was memorable. A literature fest was also organized. Some pre convocation events were held including sports dance singing art and debate competitions. Seminars are also often held.

Faculty: The faculty member are highly experienced and supportive. They are easily approachable and help students solve their doubts. Mostly professors here have done their graduation from top most IIT colleges in india.

Placements: Placements records have not been great. Companies do visit here bit recruitment is done for the professional courses only like MBA Btech MCA BCA etc. However the placement cell has been improved a lot since the college was ranked amongst the top 100 colleges in India and has been awarded with NAAC A++ grading.
