Recommends this college
The college offers great opportunities for growth, with a strong focus on academics and extracurricular activities. The faculty is knowledgeable, though some could be more approachable. The infrastructure is good, but there’s room for improvement in hostel facilities. The placement cell is active, with many students getting placed in top companies, but securing a good package can be competitive. I would advise aspirants to focus on maintaining a balance between academics and extracurriculars to make the most of their time here.

Campus Facilities: The college campus offers a well-rounded environment with various on-campus and off-campus facilities that cater to both academic and personal needs. On-campus, the classrooms are spacious and equipped with modern AV aids, making learning more interactive. The academic blocks are well-structured, providing an organized space for lectures, seminars, and group discussions. The labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical learning, especially for technical courses like Computer Science. The library is extensive, offering a wide range of books, journals, and online resources, which is great for research and study purposes. The campus also features a seminar hall and auditorium for guest lectures, events, and conferences. For stay, the hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls, with separate accommodations. The rooms are comfortable, though there could be improvements in terms of space and maintenance. The mess food is decent, with hygienic conditions, though the menu could benefit from more variety. For off-campus, there are plenty of affordable PG options nearby. The campus also has essential amenities like banks, ATMs, and a canteen offering a variety of snacks and meals. Overall, the campus infrastructure is well-suited for academic pursuits, with various facilities aimed at student convenience and comfort.
Campus Life: Campus life at my college is vibrant and engaging, offering a blend of academics, extracurriculars, and social events. The college fosters a lively atmosphere with various clubs and student-run activities that allow students to pursue their passions outside of the classroom. The best event at our college fest is *Moonstone*, an annual cultural festival that stands out for its energy and excitement. It brings together students from different departments to showcase their talents in music, dance, drama, and various competitions. What makes *Moonstone* so special is the exposure it provides, with opportunities to interact with renowned guest speakers, celebrities, and industry experts. It's not just about having fun but also learning and growing through workshops, panel discussions, and networking. Personally, I had a great time participating in cultural performances and exploring new areas of interest, all while enjoying the camaraderie with friends. *Moonstone* is a perfect blend of entertainment and learning, making it a memorable and enriching experience for all students.
Faculty: One of my favorite faculty members is **Dr. Mahaveer Jain**, who teaches Data Structures and Algorithms. His teaching style is extremely effective, as he uses a blend of lectures, practical examples, and interactive discussions. Dr. Jain has a deep understanding of the subject and breaks down complex concepts into simple, understandable terms, which makes learning more enjoyable. He encourages students to think critically and applies real-world examples to make the content more relatable. Dr. Jain is very approachable and always willing to help students, whether it's for doubts during classes or even after hours. He also assigns challenging yet rewarding projects that push us to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. His education background is impressive, with advanced degrees in Computer Science and years of industry experience, which adds a lot of value to his teachings. The overall faculty in the department is highly qualified, and they possess a solid understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of the subjects they teach. The faculty members are passionate about teaching and dedicated to ensuring students excel academically.

Start Up Incubator: Yes, my college has an active Incubator and an Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) that together foster innovation and entrepreneurship. The E-Cell organizes workshops, networking events, and startup challenges to encourage students to explore business ideas. The Incubator offers mentorship, funding, and resources like office space and networking opportunities to students looking to launch their startups. It has successfully incubated companies such as TechLeap, EcoFuel, and ByteCrafters. Collaborations with investors and organizations help students secure seed funding. The E-Cell and Incubator work hand-in-hand, creating a robust ecosystem for aspiring entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into successful ventures.
