I am currently a student at the BRAND CAI - CULINARY ACADEMY OF INDIA in Hyderabad ,where I am enrolled in a one-a-half-year craft certification program in basic culinary studies. I can confidently state that the institution is of high quality, with expectational teaching standards. CAI serves as an excellent foundation for those seeking to explore food production and the culinary Arts. The college consistently provides guidance to students, preparing them effectively for careers in the Hotel and culinary industry. My awareness of CAI came through friends and family, and to gain admission into this program, I underwent a comprehensive admission process that included a written test, group discussion, and personal interview. As i approach the completion of my studies at the college, I am preparing to embark on six-month industrial exposure training in the industry.

Campus Facilities: The Collège boasts excellent amenities including multiple kitchens where students receive hands-on training. Each training kitchen specializes in a specific cuisine, and the institution features a fully operational training restaurant and bar. We have an excellent Library with lot of international books. College has additionally there is a hostel facility available and various accommodation options can be found in the surrounding area. The vicinity of both the hostel and college is home to numerous quality food outlets.
Campus Life: The college keeps the students busy with lot of activities like workshops, competitions, sports, cultural and conferences. The college focuses more on the overall development of the students apart from the regular academics.
Faculty: A large group of knowledgeable faculty members regularly share their knowledge and expertise with the students. Every batch will have a dedicated supervisor who oversees the group and is available at all times to help students with their issues. Chef Ananda from the Pastry & Bakery and Chef Omkar from the Hot kitchen are my favorite faculty members.
Placements: Students enrolled in the one and a half - year craft certification program receive training in reputable, five-star hotels around India for six months, depending on the city they choose. Students are assigned to reputable hotels to participate in outdoor catering and food preparation, which is a great way to learn about the hotel industry while you' re a student. Coming to job placements the college provides good placements in the hotels in India and also we can sit for the interviews for various cruiseline interviews.
