Doesn't Recommend this college
My overall experience at the college has been average. The infrastructure is decent with basic facilities like classrooms, labs, and a library, but many areas need improvement in terms of modernization and cleanliness. Hostel life is manageable but not very comfortable, with average food and minimal recreational facilities. Academically, the curriculum covers the core subjects but lacks industry-relevant updates. Teaching is theoretical, and practical exposure is limited. Faculty support varies – some are helpful, while others are unapproachable. Exams are not too difficult, and most students clear them easily, but real skill development depends more on self-effort than the system. Placement opportunities are limited, and most students either get placed in mass-recruiter companies or have to look outside. Internships are mostly self-managed, and college assistance is minimal. Campus life is dull, with a lack of active clubs or engaging events. The fests are small, and student involvement is low. However, if you build your own network, you can still make the most out of your time. **Advice for aspirants:** If you're looking for a budget-friendly college to complete your degree and are willing to put in extra effort on your own for skill development and placements, this college is a decent option. But if you're expecting a vibrant campus life and strong placement support, you might want to explore other alternatives.

Campus Facilities: The college campus is moderately sized and provides the basic infrastructure required for academics and daily student life. The classrooms are mostly equipped with blackboards and fans, with a few having projectors, though they are rarely used. Seating is sufficient, but comfort and cleanliness can be inconsistent. The labs are functional but not very advanced. Many lack updated equipment and often don’t have enough tools for all students to participate actively during practical sessions. The computer lab has basic systems, but software availability and internet speed could be improved. The library is decent and has a good stock of textbooks, but limited access to current journals and digital resources. Students mainly rely on reference books rather than a fully digital learning experience. For food and stay, the hostel facilities are average. Rooms are shared and have the essentials like bed, table, and cupboard. Food in the mess is repetitive and lacks proper hygiene. There are some small canteens on campus, but variety and quality are limited. There is a bank and ATM facility on campus which is helpful for day-to-day financial needs. However, other modern amenities like student lounges, Wi-Fi zones, and co-working or self-study spaces are either absent or poorly maintained. Overall, the campus offers just the basic necessities. Students looking for a more advanced academic and residential experience might find it lacking, but with self-effort, one can still manage to complete their academic journey.
Campus Life: There are no proper rest periods provided in the college. The class schedule is tightly packed with back-to-back lectures and practicals, leaving students physically and mentally exhausted. There is hardly any time to relax or refresh during the day. Even in hostel life, there's a lack of recreational activities or engaging spaces where students can unwind. Events or festivals are very limited, and they don’t offer much of a break either. Overall, students have to manage their own time and find ways to rest amidst a hectic and continuous academic routine.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in the college have the required qualifications like M.Tech or Ph.D., but the quality of teaching varies. Some are experienced and knowledgeable, while others lack the ability to explain concepts clearly or connect with students. Among them, my favorite faculty was **[Insert Faculty Name, or you can just say “our computer science/data structure faculty”]**. He was always approachable and explained topics with real-life examples, making complex concepts easy to understand. His way of teaching encouraged doubt-solving and active participation in class, which made learning enjoyable. He had good industry knowledge and experience, which helped in bridging the gap between theoretical learning and real-world applications. His dedication and teaching style made a strong impact and added genuine value to the learning experience.
Placements: The placement and internship opportunities at the college are quite limited. On average, around **40% to 50%** of the students get placed through campus recruitment. The majority of the companies that visit are mass recruiters like **TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra**, and a few local startups. The highest package offered recently was around **6 LPA (Lakh per annum)**, while the lowest was around **2.5 LPA**, with the average being roughly **3.2 LPA**. Most of the roles offered are in IT support, customer service, or basic software development. Internships are not strongly supported by the college. Only a small number of students (around 20%–25%) manage to get internships, often by their own efforts. These are usually unpaid or come with a small stipend ranging from **?3,000 to ?8,000 per month**. Companies like **Internshala partners, local firms, or online internships** from WFH portals are common. Overall, placement support from the college needs improvement. Students need to prepare on their own and seek opportunities outside the college to get good jobs.
