GITAM GAT 2024 Counseling

GITAM GAT 2024 counselling will be held offline in the campuses of GITAM. The counselling process of GITAM GAT will consist of registration, payment of counselling fees, choice filling, seat allocation, documents, and reporting to the allotted institutes to begin the academic session. Admission is granted to eligible candidates as per their preferences for courses and availability of seats. All candidates must carry all the relevant documents for verification.

Counseling centres for GAT 2024

The Counselling for GAT 2024 will commence in June 2024 at the following Centres-

• Visakhapatnam Campus of GITAM
• Hyderabad Campus of GITAM
• Hyderabad City
• Bangalore Campus of GITAM
• Vijayawada
• Tirupathi

Documents Required for GAT 2024 counseling:

• GAT - 2024 Counselling Call Letter
• Transfer Certificate
• Study and Conduct Certificates
• Medical Certificate not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PH Candidates
• X class or Equivalent pass certificate.
• 10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate
• Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST
• Provisional Certificate and all marks statements of the qualifying examination for admission to M.Tech. Programs.
• Residence Certificate

Important Points to note:

The selected candidates shall pay the university fee immediately in the form of Challan at the Bank counter available at the counseling center or a Demand Draft drawn in favour of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.

If the candidate fails to pay the fee after the allotment of the seat, the GAT 2024 examination seat will be cancelled automatically without any notice.

Candidates will be called in the order of their ranks in the GAT exam and allotted seats available at that point of time.

The rule of reservation for the SC / ST / PH category will be maintained as per UGC guidelines/norms as applicable to the University.
