The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) administers the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), a state-level entrance test, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). For admission to a range of undergraduate programs in engineering, agriculture, and medicine provided by Telangana universities and colleges, the TS EAMCET is held each year.

TS EAMCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must review the eligibility requirements listed below before completing the TS EAMCET 2024 application form.

General Eligibility

• Domicile- Aspirant must belong to the Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh to apply.
• Nationality: Anybody with an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card who is Indian or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) may apply.
• Candidates must meet the requirements for local or non-local status in order to apply.
• Age- For the engineering and pharmacy programs, candidates must be 16 years old as of December 31, 2024. The minimum age for Pharma.D should be 17 years old; for other courses, it will be 17 years old at the very least and 22 years old at the very most.

For Engineering Courses:

• Qualification: Only those who meet the requirements or who plan to take the comparable exam or 10+2 class may apply.
• Subjects: Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics are required to apply.
• Marks: Candidates must receive at least 45% in the designated subjects and 40% in the case of SC/ST candidates in order to be eligible to apply for the same.

For Pharmacy Courses-

• Qualifications: Candidates who have passed their class 12 exam from an accredited board may apply.
• Applying applicants must have completed a diploma in Pharmacy by AP/Telangana.
• Subjects: Applicants who passed the Intermediate exam (10+2) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are eligible to apply.

TS EAMCET 2024 Application Process

Candidates may only apply online for the TS EAMCET 2024. The application form cannot be submitted offline. In the first week of March 2024, the TS EAMCET Application Form 2024 will be available. The application must be submitted by the second week of April 2024 (without a late fee) or the first week of May 2024 (with a late fee).

TS EAMCET 2024 Admit card

In the last week of April 2024, the TS EAMCET 2024 admit card will be made available. The only way for the authority to release the hall pass is online. It will be necessary for candidates to enter their registration number and password in order to download their admit card.

TS EAMCET  2024 Exam Pattern

• Exam Mode: Only an online computer-based test, or CBT, will be used for the entrance exam.
• Exam duration: Three hours in total will be allotted for completion.
• Questions: The exam will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQs).
• Medium- Exam will be administered in English, Telugu, or Urdu.
• Number of Questions- There will be a total of 160 questions in the engineering, medical, and agricultural streams.
• Sections: Three sections will make up this paper.
• Subjects: The test will include topics including mathematics, chemistry, and physics.
• Marking Scheme: There will be no deduction for a wrong response; one mark will be awarded for each correct answer.

TS EAMCET  2024 Result

In the second week of June 2024, the results of the TS EAMCET will be made available. The website would allow candidates to view their individual results in an online mode. To download the results, candidates will need to provide their date of birth, registration number, and roll number.

For the qualified candidates, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of which they will be called for the counselling procedure. Only appeared candidates in the entrance exam will be able to check the result through online mode.
