NPAT UG 2026 Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply online for admission through NPAT 2026, candidates must first fulfill the eligibility requirements. If they don't meet the requirements for NPAT 2026 eligibility, their application will be denied. The NPAT 2026 eligibility requirements are described in the section that follows.

Educational Requirements for the NPAT Exam

  • Candidates can take the NPAT exam if they have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam. Applicants with an International Baccalaureate Diploma are also eligible.
  • Applicants are not eligible to take the NPAT 2026 exam if they failed the 10+2 or comparable exam on their first try.
  • Candidates who have completed their 10+2 course through open or distance learning (ODL) may sit for the NPAT exam, as long as their institution is approved by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
  • In Class 12, candidates need to receive at least 60% of the possible points.
  • Applicants with an IB diploma who majored in statistics or mathematics are eligible.

NPAT Exam Age Limit
