The selection for admission into the program is based on performance in admission test and personal interview. Due weightage will be given to academic distinctions, achievements in sports and extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. Provisional selection letters for admission will be issued to the selected applicants. The provisional admission is subject to payment of admission/program fee, and verification of testimonials. If an applicant is found ineligible even after admission accorded into the program, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled without notice. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the students. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility and admission of applicant shall be final.

Candidates seeking admission for PhD possessing a post graduate degree in disciplines other than management (MBA) are required to attend the 16 courses of MBA program offered during Semester-1 and Semester-2 as well as the Business Strategy course as a pre-requisite to proceed to the course work phase of the PhD Program. The candidate is also required to secure a CGPA of 7.5/10 as well as a grade not less than 'D' iin all the courses at the end of Semester-2 of MBA.

Selection Process for the PhD programs conducted online for the candidates shortlisted based on (IBSAT/GMAT/CAT/NMAT BY GMACTM scores). T he admission decision is based on yhe overall performance of the candidate. A composite score is computed for each candidate based on his/her past academic record and performance in the Aptitude Test in Research Methods, Micro Presentation Technical cum Personal Interview.
