TS DEECET 2024 Application Form: Online applications for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) are invited from candidates who intend to take admitted into two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed.,) in Government District Institutes of Educational Training (DIETs) and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state to be conducted by Department of School Education, Government of Telangana. The TSD DIETCET 2024 notification has not been released and it will be announced soon it is only for information purposes.

TS DIET CET 2024 Eligibility: 

The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
The candidate should satisfy Local/Non-Local Status requirements as laid down in the T.S. Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission).
Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET 2024 and should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed.
The candidates should have completed 17 years. There is no upper age limit.
Candidates having passed or appeared for the final year exams of 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized institute are eligible for the DIETCET entrance exam. The candidate should have secured 50% of the marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. The minimum percentage for SC/ST/PH is 45%.

TS DIETCET 2024 Syllabus:

The syllabus covered for the DIETCET exam is the standard of class VIII to X of the TS state syllabus. Along with this candidates are also required to prepare in the areas of General Knowledge. The entrance exam has 3 parts:

Part 1 - General Knowledge and Teaching Aptitude Test
Part 2 - General English and Telugu/Urdu/Tamil
Part 3 - Mathematics, Physical sciences, Biological Sciences, and Social Studies
