If talking about why then the answer is simply average or below average performance in JEE mains and desired for engineering B.Tech degree. It is good college in terms of academics facility but very rude in fee policy and commitments. If any aspirant has high budget of fee like 1 lac, then you should try for any other tier 2 college instead of tier 3 like this college.

Campus Facilities: Campus facility is good and nice looking buildings, classrooms, AV halls and labs. Also academics are well maintained by senior professors but the academics rules are not such modern for coding point of views, problem solving on daily streak and latest technologies.

Campus Life: Campus life is so exciting for the first few weeks and after a semester or year it become difficult to attend daily class so campus life become boring as every faculty do not show their interest everyday and make the things boring. Sometimes new assistant professors teach us without making things interesting and effortlessly.

Faculty: Actually most of the faculties here are associate professors and assistant professors. Very few belongs to IIT's and NIT's but yes 70% of them have experience of more than 5 years of teaching. Just 30% faculties become proves spoiler as their no practice before the lecture makes things slower to understand the contents.

Placements: The major recruiters here are TCS, Wipro and Infosys. Some percent of placement are off campus (no role of college placement department) at the average package of 3.5 LPA i.e. 21 thousand in hand salary. College placement team do their best but due to huge crowd of computer science students they make some of criteria like attendance, assignments and college activities for internships and placements. while there is similar colleges which starts placements from the starting of 6th semester whereas SISTec starts from the end of the 6th semester or the starting of the 7th semester.

Campus/Events:

Start Up Incubator: There is nothing like startup incubator in SISTec neither they supports the students for anything like that.

Safety Measures: Anti-Ragging Cell
