Bit sindri is a great and pocket friendly college. It will take aprox Rs 2,40,000 for b.tech, and tution fees is also very low only Rs 7500 (for general) and only RS 35 (for girs and TFW). The placement in mining branch is about 80? on campus. And the highest package gone this year is 12 LPA and the average is about 7-8LPA The classes are well decorated and clean but the lab in my branch is needed to upgrade. The Institute got 2 libraries one is by Institute and other one is run by a club called Gandhi rachnatamak samiti. It has a big playground for sports and a big hall for indoor games. It have a gym too. The faculty of this Institute is very knowledgeable , supportive and helpful.the exams were conducted timely and the questions are moderate in difficulties. The college life is also great. It have lots of clubs that organises lots of events to engage all the students, we have 3 fest every.

Campus Facilities: Students can live in college hostel. The food quality is moderate. The class room in mining department is well decorated and neat, the lab isn't that grate it need some upgradation. The Institute got 2 libraries one is owned by the Institute and the other is owned by a club, it have a lot of collection of books and people can borrow books in a very negligible amount.

Campus Life: There are many clubs and societies which are run by college students and guided by some professors. Like some clubs are a Model club,eco-club, Leo club, etc. Some societies are NSS, prayas India, etc Saw India also teaches students to make various types of cars.

Faculty: The faculty of the Institute are quite knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite faculty is our physics professor he always helps us when we stuck in problems and also guide us

Placements: About 60? students gets internship in mining and about 80? students get placement. The highest package given in mining this year is 12 LPA by TATA steel and average package is 7-9 LPA. This year Vedanta did mass recruitment

Start Up Incubator: The start-up incubator of BIT sindri is highly active.It incubated with many companies and Institute like Tata steel CSIR-CGCRI ,Kolkata SAIL, R & D Centre for Iron and Steel, Ranchi CSIR-CIMFR, Dhanbad Siemens industry Software India pvt. Ltd. IIT(ISM), Dhanbad ABVIL, Ranchi LS Davor (IP Consultant) etc.
