I choose this course because I have an interest in programming. I have already little knowledge of programming. The faculty of our course is very good. They are always ready to help students. They clear all the doubts of the student. All faculties have their PHD in their respective fields. They have also so much experience in teaching in their respective field. They have their teaching assistant who had done master's in their respective course. The faculty student ratio is 1:30. There are two class tests and one semester in one semester. That means you have to give four class tests and two-semester examinations in one year. If you read all the notes provided by your faculties then you will easily get an 8 cgpa.

Campus Facilities: I am new student but what I have heard about fests is just great . We get freshers and annual fest. All sort of books which you require to gain knowledge is available in library. Library is one of the beat place in the campus . Classrooms are very organized and clean. We have inter departmental sports event which is great.

Campus Life: ECLECIA is the cultural fest of this college. DAKSH is the technical fest of this college. The annual fest happens in February. Different singers came here like monali Thakur, kk, benny Dayal etc Students of this college enjoy so much infested. It has a big central Library on the college campus where you will get several types of books apart from your curriculum. It has big classrooms. It has a different lab for different branches with modern equipment. Students play cricket, volleyball, basketball, football, table tennis, etc. It has a separate ground for all games. There are various clubs in this college like NSS and Rotract for social service, Resonance for singing, Ghungroo for dance, GDSC and Geeks United for coding etc. All the clubs are run by the students of the college.

Faculty: The infrastructure and facilities available in our college are the best when compared to other colleges in West Bengal. The central library of HITK situated in Central Building (also known as CB) is the nerve center for all academic activities. Wi-Fi is free for all students. Labs are fully air-conditioned and full of equipment.

Placements: Almost 70% of the eligible students are placed every year. The placements in our college are good. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and more than 80% of the students are doing internships. So I would recommend joining this college if you are an average student
