My college National Institute of Technology Silchar is very beautiful with 625 acres filled with full of greenery and 20 plus lakes and Asia's largest digital library. The environment of the campus is peaceful and pleasant. It has decent placements, Experienced and supporting faculty, good connectivity to the city.

Campus Facilities: The infrastructure of the campus is average. The quality of food is average and not hygiene. There is residential area for visitors to stay . There is Asia's largest digital library available, the class rooms and labs are available and the infrastructure is also good wifi is also available and there is a State bank of India and two ATM's available in the campus.

Campus Life: The campus life is very good before of the events and annual festivals happen here. There are many clubs which are very useful for students in their carrier development. There are many grounds to which ever game you like.

Faculty: The faculty were very experienced . In B.Tech most part in studies should be covered by students only but the which is thought by professors is perfect. They only will provide us material to study for the examinations .

Placements: The placements in National Institute of Technology are even better than some of the IIT's. The highest package is 80 lpa which is secured by a student in computer science and engineering. The percentage of students getting placed are around 89 percent. The companies which come to our college are like Google, Amazon, Swiggy, Zomato, L&T, SAP, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai etc. Average Internship stipend offered is 30000

Start Up Incubator: Yes we have a SRIJAN startup centre. When we have any idea then they will implement that idea and use it for job purposes.
