For B.Tech Programs

• Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects in 10+2 or equivalent.
• Must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry taken together.
• Those who have appeared for the Class 12 board examination in 2026 and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

For B.Tech in Biotechnology or related programs

• Candidates must have studied Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics or Biology in 10+2.
