Food Technology

The technology behind the processing of raw agro products, dairy products, animal products, poultry, seafood, edible chemicals and oils into final food products is called Food Technology. The food processing technology deals with manufacturing, processing, preserving and packaging of food and its articles. Food Technologists research on inventing nutrients, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamin-rich foods keeping in mind, age, demographic, cultural and health conditions of the public.
