CIEAT 2026 COUNSELING

The admissions and counseling procedure will begin following the results announcement. Following the results, information regarding the schedule and the counseling process can be viewed on the institute website. Online counseling will be used for CIEAT 2026. To take part in the counseling, all eligible candidates must register online.

Based on the candidates' scores from CIEAT 2026 and the qualifying exam/class 12, seats will be distributed online. Candidates must confirm their enrollment and make an online course fee deposit after their seats are assigned. Candidates must then report to the institute in order to finish the admissions process.

Counseling Notification

  • After the CIEAT 2026 results are declared, the institute will release a counseling schedule on its official website: crescent.education.

Download Counseling Call Letter

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a call letter via email or can download it from the portal.
  • It includes the venue, date, and time of counseling.

Attend In-Person Counseling

  • Candidates must be physically present at the Crescent Institute campus in Chennai.
  • No online counseling is conducted.

Document Verification

Bring the following originals and photocopies:

  • CIEAT 2026 admit card and scorecard
  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
  • Transfer and conduct certificates
  • Community certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card or valid photo ID
  • Passport-size photographs

Seat Allotment

  • Based on your CIEAT rank, course preference, and seat availability, you’ll be allotted a seat.
  • You’ll receive a provisional admission letter after allotment.

Fee Payment

  • Pay the admission fee immediately to confirm your seat.
  • Payment options include DD, UPI, or online banking.

Final Admission

  • After fee payment and verification, your admission is finalized.
